The collection time for all Silk Road Spirit Western International Design Biennale works has been postponed.

CATEGORY 1: Visual Communication Design
Format Requirement
Submit digital files of your design work that no more than 5 images, A3 size (297cmm×420mm), 300dpi, CMYK mode, in JPEG format.
The dynamic poster file format is GIF, with in size of 500px * 720px, a resolution of 72 dpi, and the file size should no more than 2MB.
The packaging design works can be submitted with renderings or physical photos, which should represent the overall, partial, or combined views of the packaging.
The book design works can be submitted with renderings or physical photos, which should represent the overall, partial, or combined views of the book (including the cover, inner pages, and partial design of the book).
Please provide an additional poster (choose a piece or combine work into a layout setting) in size of 700mm×1000mm, for printing and digital display presentation in the final exhibition.
CATEGORY 2: Space Scene and Interaction Design
Format Requirement
The duration of playback time for demonstration video should be no more than 3 minutes, and the playback file size must not exceed 50MB.
The duration of dynamic digital audio and video design shall not exceed 5 minutes, with a resolution of 1920 * 1080 pixels, in the MP4 format, and the file size shall not exceed 50MB.
Each set of works should submit 5 spatial design effect layout designs, with layout content including planning design, exhibition item design, etc. Electronic document requirements: A3 size (297cmm×420mm), 300 dpi, CMYK mode, storage format in JEPG.
Please provide an additional poster (choose images from your work and combined into a layout setting) in size of 1800mm×900mm, for printing presentation in the final exhibition.
CATEGORY 3: Product Design
Format Requirement
Submit digital files of your design work that no more than 5 images, please arrange the relevant content (such as design sketches, design instructions, envisioned images, model photos, physical photos, etc.) in an A3 size (297cmm×420mm), portrait layout, in a resolution of 300 dpi, CMYK mode, stored in JPEG format, with a file size that no more than 5 MB.
If there is a video of product design, the duration should not exceed 5 minutes, the resolution should be 1920 * 1080 px, in MP4 format, and the file size should not exceed 50MB.
Please provide an additional poster (choose images from your work and combined into a layout setting) in size of 1064mm×840mm, portrait layout, in a resolution of 150 dpi, JPEG format, for printing presentation in the final exhibition.
Track 2: Collaborating in the design of urban and rural areas with the same building
CATEGORY 1: Interior Design
Format Requirement
Submit 3 to 10 images of your design work in digital, the contents should include Rendering scheme, flat, vertical, and sectional views, design description and design concept, in a resolution of (at lest) 300 dpi, stored in JPEG format. *If there are no design description and only renderings, the evaluation plan will be deemed as giving up the evaluation.
Please provide an additional 1 or 2 posters (that include the plan, elevation, section views, overall plan, design description, large scale detailed drawing and renderings) in size of 900mm×2000mm, in a resolution of 72 dpi, for printing and digital presentation in the final exhibition.

Photos should represent the overall appearance and details of the work. Please submit photos digitally, A3 size (297cmm×420mm), 300dpi, CMYK mode, stored in JPEG format, with a file size of 5M-10M.
CATEGORY 2: Ceramic Art
Format Requirement
Each work must submit at least one whole photo of the work in overall view and at least four close-up photos of the work to show details. Photos should represent the overall appearance and details of the work. Please submit photos digitally, A3 size (297cmm×420mm), 300dpi, CMYK mode, stored in JPEG format, with a file size of 5M-10M.
Your works should be targeted and submitted according to the following categories.
1. Vessel and utensils, such as tea sets, flower sets, inlays, tableware, and stationery works.
2. Decorative ceramics, such as showcasing and admiring ceramics, it can be ceramic sculpture and ornament works, decorative art ceramic design works, or abstract ceramic modeling works.
3. Modern ceramic art, the works should represent your individual aesthetic, artistic concepts, and modern shaping techniques, and the theme of ceramic art works should be positive and healthy.
CATEGORY 3: Lacquer Painting
Format Requirement
Each work must submit at least one whole photo of the work in overall view and at least four close-up photos of the work to show details. Photos should represent the overall appearance and details of the work. Please submit photos digitally, A3 size (297cmm×420mm), 300dpi, CMYK mode, stored in JPEG format, with a file size of 5M-10M.
Track 4: Clothing and Fashion Design
Format Requirement
The work must comply with relevant fashion trends and market demands. You can submit design work by hand-drawing or rendering photos to show the design concept.
The content of submission can include fashion drawings, clothing design renderings, jewelry design renderings, luggage, shoes, and hats design renderings, etc.
Please submit your work in electronic format, A3 size (297cmm×420mm), 300dpi, CMYK mode, stored in JPEG format, with a file size no more than 20M.

The organizing committee has the right to make reasonable adjustments to the categories and quantity of the works.
1.All entries and related materials sent to the competition organizing committee will not be returned.
2.A set of works can only be submitted to one professional category. If a set of works is found to participate in the selection of multiple professional categories, the organizing committee will cancel its eligibility to participate.
3.The entries of the contestants must be original works created by the contestants themselves (or groups). If there is any act of plagiarism of others' creativity or ideas, or if there are disputes over intellectual property, portrait rights, copyright in the works, the organizing committee will cancel their eligibility to participate and the contestants will bear the consequences. The organizers will not be responsible for any disputes caused by the viewpoints of the works. The judges have the absolute right to select works. The organizing committee has the right to refuse any works that infringe on the culture, national dignity, or morality of various countries or do not meet the requirements for participation. The organizing committee has the right to exhibit, publish, promote, and collect the participating works. The author has the right of authorship.
4.The organizer provides free copyright protection based on internet blockchain technology for each participant's entries.
5.The organizer has the final right of interpretation for related activities such as the solicitation of this work.
